Happy Homeopathy Awareness Week!

Happy Homeopathy Awareness Week!

It’s Homeopathy Awareness Week around the world. Learn more about homeopathy, and how to celebrate.

Dr Samuel Hahnemann, credited with developing the system of medicine known as homeopathy, was born April 10, 1755. That’s why the week of April 10 has been designated Homeopathy Awareness Week. So happy birthday to Hahnemann, and happy Homeopathy Awareness Week to the rest of us!

If you’re unfamiliar with homeopathy, it’s the perfect time to get to know more about this fascinating and unique system—see the “Learn more!” section below. If you’re already familiar with it, pat yourself on the back. Homeopathy is becoming more and more popular in North America, and is already very popular in other parts of the world, such as Europe.

Many groups are celebrating Homeopathy Awareness Week around the world. This year, the week’s theme is “Homeopathy for Trauma & Disasters”, as homeopathic remedies are designed to treat everything from acute trauma (such as bruises, strains, and sprains) to chronic effects of trauma (such as grief and emotional stress).
